Self-perception

Do we do what we are, or are we what we do?

Do we become what we do? Would we be strangers to ourselves if we did nothing?

"We are what we pretend to be, so we must be careful about what we pretend to be." - Kurt Vonnegut

  2. Navel gazing (as Sharyn describes it) never amounted to much. :) Self-searching is helpful when what is learned is applied outward.

Be Well

My thoughts today are with a friend that is undergoing a major surgery, one that impacts her life. Sending healing energy and loving though...
